Experimental Farm Theatre is an Ottawa-based comedy company that performs shows and teaches improv classes. We do funny things on stage that make you laugh.

We specialize in improvised comedy, and have a monthly show at Pressed (750 Gladstone) where we showcase improvisers (who make up funny sketches) and storytellers (real people telling real stories that are real hilarious). We also sometimes feature standup, music or more!

Want to try improv yourself? We also do classes and jams so you can try your hand at being silly in a supportive, "Yes!" environment. Read more about our Ottawa improv classes.

Experimental Farm Theatre started in the summer of 2014. Our current leadership is:

Dani Alon Co-Artistic Director, Training Coordinator
Chris Hannay Co-Artistic Director, Performance Coordinator
Val Perelshtein Business Director
